Ten owners, one room, once a month. No lectures. What is said in the room stays in the room.
The first group is being formed in Indore. Once the dates and the fee are settled, the waitlist hears first.
What it is
Baithak is a group, not a course. Eight to ten owners who do not compete with each other, sitting together for three hours once a month.
In each sitting two people put their real problem on the table — real meaning the one they do not tell the bank. The rest of the room works on it. They ask questions, offer their own experience, and by the end that owner leaves with two or three concrete routes.
I run the room. I do not supply the answers. At this age I am quite sure that the experience of eight owners is larger than mine alone.
How it runs

Three hours, once a month
Dates fixed a year ahead. In Indore. TODO — venue.

Two hot seats
Two people present a problem each sitting. Everyone gets their turn.

One subject
One subject per sitting — cash, pricing, people, succession, the family line.

Accountability in between
What was decided gets asked about next month. That is where the difference actually comes from.

Confidentiality
Everyone signs, at the first sitting, that nothing from the room leaves it.
Who this fits
- Owners with a running business of a few years
- Owners who can attend for a full year — one or two sittings achieve nothing
- Owners who can put their numbers in front of the group
- Owners willing to spend time on other people's problems
Who this does not fit
- Anyone who wants to listen but not speak
- Anyone unwilling to be in a room with a competitor — which is why only one owner per sector is taken
- Anyone coming for the networking
- Anyone who cannot find three hours a month
Fee

The fee is still being decided. Joining the waitlist costs nothing. When it is settled, the waitlist is told first and the payment page opens then.

Will a competitor of mine be in the same group?
No. Only one owner per sector goes into a group. That is exactly why the form asks what your business does.
What if I miss a sitting?
Once or twice a year happens and is fine. But if someone stops coming regularly, I tell them myself that this is not their time for it.
Is there any material or course content?
No course. After each sitting, what was decided goes out on one page to everybody. That is all.
